We are seeking one motivated individual to be a part of our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Team in a full-time (40 hours per week) therapist position . We are flexible on days and hours. The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) is an evidence-based program that supports adults experiencing significant life stressors in developing the social, emotional, and intellectual skills needed to live a meaningful life. PSR's multidisciplinary team assists people in coping with life challenges through therapy, education, independent living skills, social support, and linkage to community resources and supports. Job Purpose: Full-Time Salary: LSW, LPCC, MFTC $55,000 - $60,000 annually - in addition, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on your individual performance LMFT, LPC, or LCSW $63,000 - $70,000 annually - in addition, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on your individual performance $5,000 Sign On Bonus, details to be discussed at offer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
