Description

Travel will be required for this role. **** JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant with a strong focus on leadership and management training. This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that will enhance leadership capabilities, Human Resources acumen, and overall managerial effectiveness within our organization. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: At least five years' experience designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs and collaborating with Human Resources and other subject matter experts to identify and address leadership skill gaps. At least five years supervisory/management experience with a strong understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Professional certifications such as CPTD, CPTM, SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. This role will involve travel about 25-30% of the time.
