JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant with a strong focus on leadership and management training. This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that will enhance leadership capabilities, Human Resources acumen, and overall managerial effectiveness within our organization.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Program Design and Development

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand their specific needs and tailor leadership and HR training programs accordingly.
    • Create engaging, results-driven curriculum and materials that align with industry best practices.


  • Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate and support workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to impart leadership, management, and other knowledge to managers.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to participants to reinforce learning and skill application.


  • Content Management:

    • Continuously update and refine training materials based on business need and to reflect the latest trends in adult learning.
    • Ensure that content is aligned with subject matter experts, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.


  • Evaluation and Improvement:

    • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Analyze data and feedback to make improvements and enhancements to training offerings.


  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships, serve as a trusted advisor in learning and development matters.
    • Regularly communicate with subject matter experts to understand their evolving needs and adjust training programs accordingly.


  • Thought Leadership:

    • Work with Subject Matter Experts to stay current on industry trends, business needs, and emerging practices in leadership development and Human Resources.
    • Share insights and thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.


  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: At least five years' experience designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs and collaborating with Human Resources and other subject matter experts to identify and address leadership skill gaps. At least five years supervisory/management experience with a strong understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Professional certifications such as CPTD, CPTM, SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. This role will involve travel about 25-30% of the time.
