We are a residential property management company with more than 6000 units in OH and growing.Job Summary:As a member of Human Resources and the Recruiting team, facilitates all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to start date, including making the hiring decision and extending job offers.Qualifications: Work in office 5 days/week.* * 3+ years recruitment and hiring experience to include high-volume non-exempt positions.* * Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.* * Ability to create and implement numerous, cost-effective sourcing strategies for recruitment.* * Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.* * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.* * Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.* * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* * Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.* * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Good planning/organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
