The position requires a physical therapy degree with eligibility for Minnesota licensure. An earned DPT is required. Preference will be given to applicants with prior academic experience; a history of scholarly publications, strong inter-personal skills, a team-based philosophy, and commitment and passion for the profession of physical therapy and its ongoing advancement to benefit care provision and patient outcomes for the diverse populations we serve. Candidates should have a demonstrated capacity for academic collaboration. Ideal candidates will have passion for improving the diversity of the physical therapy professional community, a demonstrated commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed teaching, supporting anti-racism efforts, and supporting students to success.
