Scope of Work: The Youth Education Program Intern will be able to experience the breadth of IRC's Youth Education Department in supporting education programs for newly arrived youth including Tutoring, Leaders in Training, Community Events, the Newcomer Youth Summer Academy (NYSA), and our newest virtual program - Youth ESOL. Specifically, the Youth Education Program Intern will be working with the Youth Education Supervisor in overseeing those programs, including but not limited to data processing, creating M&E reports, and program strategy. The intern will also be providing curriculum and logistical support to the Youth ESOL instructor. This is an unpaid part-time hybrid position, requiring flexibility to come into our offices in midtown Manhattan during weekdays and some Saturdays as required. Essential Job Functions:
