Capitalization Table Management Specialist
Cooley is seeking a Capitalization Table Management Specialistto join the Practice Management team. Position summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Capitalization ("CAP") Table Administration, the Capitalization ("CAP") Table Management Specialist will provide capitalization table management support by onboarding, equity financing, plan administration and other corporate transactions for private company clients. The specialist is responsible for generating, maintaining and analyzing accurate records of a company's capitalization table, providing critical support for equity-related transactions. The expected hourly pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $32.00 - $47.00/hour ($66,560 - $97,760 annually). Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
