The Opportunity:

UCF's Community Partnership Schools (CPS) located within the College of Community Innovation and Education (CCIE) is now accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator I. This role will support the Research Associate in the management of finance, human resources, administration, and technical support services to meet the goals and objectives of CPS technical assistance and evaluation efforts.

This is a Contract and Grant (C&G) funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted.

Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with the Administrative Coordinator for business to support financial needs of the CPS project and technical assistance staff.

  • Coordinate, analyze, and facilitate CPS budget tracking, expense card purchases, travel arrangements, invoices and payments for CPS technical assistance staff and partners.

  • Liaise with the Administrative Coordinator for business to support HR needs of the CPS project.

  • Coordinate and liaise with the Administrative Coordinator for Business on the hiring needs of the CPS project and provide on-boarding support and resources to CPS technical assistance employees.

  • Manage work orders and technical support needs of CPS technical assistance project staff.

  • Oversee CPS technical assistance administrative tasks including scheduling and calendaring, troubleshooting, file organization, meeting notes and distribution, and logistical support.

  • Support statewide technical assistance events and needs.

  • Collaborate with consultants and venues to facilitate the successful execution of CPS technical assistance and assessment efforts.

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in connecting with the Research Associate and CPS project.

  • Prepare and circulate materials and documents to support the goals and objectives of the CPS project.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, public administration, social sciences, or a related area).

  • Experience working in an educational institution.

  • Technical Assistance experience.

  • Experience working in a statewide capacity.

  • Experience with grants and/or non-profits.

  • Superior Communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Time, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other Center staff members as well as colleagues in the field.
