The candidate will develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites,databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizingdata; assist the Government by advising how best to utilize KM tools. TheKM systems will enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials,policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents. Thecandidate shall train system users, which may include IC partners, providing user guides asneeded; integrate information with other databases, as required. You will utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users' accessand ability to analyze information holdings; employ specific tools for unique office needs, as required, which may include interoperability with or ability to share information with other IC or state and local partners; create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable ODNI and itspartners to collaborate, store, search, and discover information; share lessons learned and bestpractices; and report and track metrics to assess progress against various programs, policies, andstrategies; develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness andcommunication channels; continuously identify opportunities to improveexchanges of information across systems as well as the Government and private sectors; maintain and update an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, InternalProcess Documents (IPDs), and policy memorandum; and build data repositories for a variety of mission needs that easily and automatically generate a variety of visualizations tosupport analysis, reporting, and briefings.
