You'll manage and guide staff in handling lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, and event sales, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various systems. Guide guests with recommendations and information about the resort. Train and support staff in sales, operations, and guest service. Handle opening/closing procedures and money drops. Provide exceptional service with positive guest interactions. Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of On-Mountain Sales locations. Manage inventory and supply levels. Lead pre-shift meetings and attend relevant resort meetings. Assist with scheduling and breaks. Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience: Resort and sales experience or one year of related work experience All Information above is subject to change at any time.
