The Admistrative Coordinator I typically reports to the department head such as the Administrator/Director/ Sr. Director and is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, repors, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. The Administrative Coordinator develps office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Shift: Full-time, Monday -Friday

Requirements:




  • One to three years of experience in administrative hospital or clinic role
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in the use of standard word processing, power point and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong communication skills

Salary Range: Minimum $29.00 per hour - Maximum $31.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
