The Coordinator for Student Organizations is responsible for providing comprehensive support to student organizations, including assistance with University recognition, recruitment, program and event planning, risk management, accessing University resources, understanding and negotiating University policies and procedures, organizational development, and enhancement. The Coordinator will also take on large-scale programs/projects within the Student Organization Team. This position will also support general Student Life Office functions and events, including largescale campus events as needed. This position will support the Student Life office's mission, vision, and strategic plan.
The full salary range for the Coordinator for Student Organizations is $56,000 - $96,400. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $56,000 - $66,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. | |
