Our program provides a wide range of supportive services including in-home care, meals, medical equipment, transportation, social services, and social activities. We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care at our PACE - Oceanside location. In this position you will work as part of an integrated health team assigned to each patient. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for facilitating the development and rehabilitation of PACE participants with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy. Our goal with every patient is to create an individualized program that helps restore their physical function, enhance emotional and social well-being, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
