The Senior Referral Management Administrator will provide support services to individuals on the Marshall Islands by coordinating and scheduling emergency medical evacuation off the island.

LOCATION: Marshall Islands

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Referral Management Administrator will coordinate with insurance companies or TRANSCOM for Air Ambulance services for transportation off the island for contractor personnel, U.S. Civilians, their dependents, and all Active Duty personnel and their dependents.
  • Provide Casualty Evacuation using non-medical air transport for intra-atoll movement of patients including U. S., RMI, and third-country personnel from islands within Kwajalein atoll having rotary or fixed-wing landing capabilities.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required, responding promptly to emergencies and providing care as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in medical care coordination is required.
  • A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program is required.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited master's of social work program.
  • Must hold and maintain a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Must have 12 months of experience within the last 2 years in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with TRICARE benefits; quality control and risk management; medical terminology; medical forms; and records management.
  • Must have an active BLS certification.

Other Requirements:

  • All Healthcare Providers and medical support staff must have a recent clinical experience in patient care for a least 6 months out of the past year.
  • Must have a current U.S. passport with no less than 6 months remaining before expiration.
  • Must sign an International Assignment Agreement (IAA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the IAA.
