Description
We are hiring for a Care Navigator to work in our Outpatient Competency Restoration/Center Point team. The purpose of the Outpatient Restoration Program is to provide competency restoration education services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system and deemed by a court to be incompetent to proceed. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week between Monday - Friday, 8 - 5PM, but this person must be willing and able to work as late as 7PM. This individual will be working with mostly Medicaid and Jail Based referrals. The Care Navigator will provide a minimum of 2 services a week per client. Again, these clients are individuals for whom competency has been raised in court. Hourly Rate: $23 - $25.00 an hour Goals and Objectives:
