LMI is seeking an experienced Part-Time Executive Leadership Coach who has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations improve the performance of their organizations in significant, measurable, and sustainable ways.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping leaders and teams respond to internal and external drivers, and identify new and better ways of working to accelerate strategic outcomes and enrich the experience of the workforce.

Responsibilities

    Provides one-on-one Executive Coaching Sessions to achieve desired results for the customer and his or her organization.
  • Works closely with the executives or upper management of an organization to help identify strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately optimize the individual's performance and leadership.
  • Must possess demonstrated knowledge and experience applying coaching methodologies and principles to address and meet executive level needs.
  • Helping individuals and teams transform by partnering with customers to understand their needs and lead the design, implementation and evaluation of high-quality solutions to improve performance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Applying industry best practices methodologies, approaches and assessments to design and facilitate events and activities to help leaders and teams build capacity, capability, agility and resilience to tackle the toughest challenges.
  • Delivering tailored leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.
  • Coaching agency leaders and teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Collect and use data to implement strategies that improve organizational structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, enhance business processes, and streamline operations.
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to the client on how to continuously improve learning and development programs.
  • Developing reports that are data-driven which includes findings and recommendations on how to improve processes and programs.
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to provide additional support to the client and identifying opportunities to expand business.


Qualifications

MINIMUM:

  • Doctoral-Level psychology degree and a business related degree in Organization Development, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of combined practical experience in psychology and business / management consulting experience
  • ICF certified coach, ACC level minimum
  • Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience with Federal government clients with the ability to identify, understand, react to, and provide creative solutions to challenges
  • Experience using and working with customers to understand results from popular assessment instruments include DISC, MBTI, EQi, CCL Benchmarks 360, 360 degree assessments, etc.
  • Excellent project and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships and interface with senior level government leaders
  • Self-starter capable of bringing clarity to and taking action in ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience growing project work through identifying client needs, writing proposals, developing white papers and capabilities briefings
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Experience consulting in a federal agency within Health and Human Services (HHS) (e.g., NIH, FDA, CDC).
  • Must be able to work virtually or travel to client sites in DMV when post-COVID return to work requirements are in place.
