Technical Engineering Compliance Administrator - Product Engineering

Job Summary: To Support NHBB Astro Division Sales, Quality and Operations regarding compliance with Customer purchase order and specification requirements and environmental reporting to insure the organization meets the compliance objectives.

Essential Functions:



  • Review, audit, and update NHBB Astro Division documents and procedures to insure compliance with customer purchase order and specification flow down requirements.
  • Perform audits of internal NHBB procedures.
  • Maintain databases for Customer and Regulatory environmental materials of concern / SVHC listings for comparison with materials used by NHBB Astro Division.
  • Review and respond to customer base requests for environmental content reporting (REACH and RoHS content updates)
  • Facilitate correspondence between NHBB and customer base in resolution of identified compliance issues.
  • Perform Specification reviews creating and filling out compliance matrices to insure understanding of all requirements.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business


Education & Experience:



  • Associate in business or technical field preferred.
  • Experience in quality or environmental compliance preferred.


Job Skills/Abilities:



  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities.
  • Must be organized, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
