The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking (1) experienced Administrative Specialist, Student Affairs

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

The ideal candidate for this position will provide students with direct non-emergency critical incident intervention and student assistance services as they relate to student complaints and academic dishonesty.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist, Student Affairs are the following:



  • Prepares academic dishonesty changes and notifications, schedules academic dishonesty hearings, and maintains academic dishonesty database.
  • Serves as the liaison between the Dean of Students Office and faculty, staff, and administrators.
  • Collects, analyzes, and reports information to be used for college-level reports.
  • Manages Dual Degree Programming (recruitment, application and course permissions).
  • Processes course permissions and major eligibility petitions (routing, review, and processing updates.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree and two years of administrative experience, a high school diploma or GED, and six years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
