Job Mission

As a Senior Program Manager reporting to the Strategy Execution Manager in the Wilton Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the site's growth and ensuring the facilities meet expansion needs. This hands-on role focuses on managing site-related projects with a direct impact on various parts of the organization. We are looking for a candidate who brings a solid background in construction or technical fields (such as engineering or facilities management) and thrives in an environment where being actively involved in project execution is crucial.

You will be responsible for overseeing project management, execution, and reporting, driving successful outcomes that support ASML's mission to lead in semiconductor innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Program Management: Lead a broad range of site programs from small-scale projects to large-scale (100M+) strategic initiatives. Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring high-quality results delivered on time. Proven experience in managing hands-on projects is essential.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between executive leadership, engineering teams, facilities, and other departments. Leverage your hands-on expertise to drive initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
* Communication: Craft and deliver presentations that clearly articulate project business cases, risks, milestones, and status updates. Tailor complex information for senior management while maintaining clarity and conciseness. Strong communication skills are necessary to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
* Safety and Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by empowering team members to take ownership of safety initiatives. Encourage an environment where employees are proactive in raising safety concerns.
* Customer Alignment: Manage customer expectations regarding site projects. Work closely with senior leadership to align internal efforts with customer needs, fostering trust and long-term partnerships through exceptional program delivery.
* Hands-on Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects that require technical and hands-on experience, particularly in the construction or engineering aspects of site expansions and improvements. Candidates with direct experience managing physical infrastructure projects will be prioritized.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Business Administration, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, or Construction Management.
* 10+ years of experience leading site improvement and transformation projects within complex organizations, preferably with a strong construction or technical background.
* 5+ years of experience in operational site environments (e.g., factories) and direct interaction with end customers.
* Proven success in hands-on project management with experience in construction, facilities, or engineering disciplines.
* Demonstrated experience in change management and continuous improvement.

Skills:

* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, particularly in safety and facilities management, without direct authority.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across various departments.
* Solid planning and analytical capabilities with a hands-on approach to solving problems and driving project completion.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Demonstrates leadership qualities, not just management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, especially in dynamic environments.
* Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and accountability in driving projects to success.
