THE SALVATION ARMY HAWAIIAN & PACIFIC ISLANDS DIVISION JOB DESCRIPTION: TEACHER Department: PRESCHOOL Position Title: Teacher Supervisor: Preschool Director/Corps Officer FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT, Full time Date: January 18, 2024 Corps/Unit Mission Statement: Preschool Statement: The Ohana Keiki Preschool is dedicated to providing children a safe environment where they can grow socially, mentally, physically and spiritually. JOB SUMMARY: The Teacher shall be a positive role model towards the development of all children in the group with presenting individual and age appropriate activities. The Teacher shall guide the children in developing Physically, Socially, Emotionally and Intellectually. This is a Full-Time Position that requires 40 hours per week. Qualification Requirements: Valid Driver's License Early Childhood Education Training Current Physical & TB Clearance High School Diploma or Higher CPR & First Aid Certification Card - Infant/Toddler Current Finger Print & Criminal History Background Check PATCH Registry Certificate Minimum CDA Certification All requirements shall be kept updated.
