JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and BLS training to diverse groups of individuals, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effective CPR and basic life support. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach up, stoop ability to participate in physical activities related to firefighting, the ability to lift an object of fifty (50) pounds or less, and carry items in excess of fifty (50) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate Firefighting equipment, standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
