Diversity Belonging & Wellness Specialist DO-CA-OP-Educ-Stu Experience Full Time 79173BR Job Summary The Diversity, Belonging, & Wellness Specialist serves as the department expert for DEI and Wellness initiatives. The incumbent collaborates with faculty on curricular development through a DEI lens. Working closely with faculty, the Specialist develops DEI and wellness curriculum. The Specialist assesses learner needs, designs and implements solutions, and ensures continuous quality improvement for related initiatives and programs. The incumbent provides individual and small group advising, leadership development, and mentoring to community-based student groups, as well as school-wide programming to support diversity objectives and wellness principles.
