The Broadband Technician I is responsible for residential installation and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a high level of focus on customer service, customer education, and quality of work. This role will be responsible for ensuring and recording correct RF signal levels. The BBT I is required to communicate with leadership and dispatch as needed. Where you will work:
