We are seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's manufacturing operations at Bruker AXS LLC located in Kirkland, Washington including production, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing engineering and quality. The Operations Manager role involves implementing efficient processes and practices across the organization. As an Operations Manager, you'll formulate strategies, improve performance, procure materials, and ensure compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining compliance, efficiency, and profitability during our business operations. The Kirkland facility is expected to grow very fast in the next couple of years and the main focus of this role is to manage growth including to extend the manufacturing facility. Qualifications Requirements and Skills
At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $127,000 and $205,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
