Job Summary:

The History Department is looking for qualified Part-Time Faculty for courses for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
Master's Degree in history of closely related field, Doctorate or ABD preferred. Previous successful collegiate teaching experience required.
|
Essential Functions:
|
Successful candidates may teach three to nine credits hours and assist students as needed. Teaching may occur in the Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer semesters.

The History Department includes 10 faculty members and offers a BA in history as well as a BA in history with a public history concentration. The History Department is housed in the School of Liberal Arts with other departments such as English, Modern Languages, Philosophy & Religious Studies and Political Science.
