Your Contribution

  • Interfaces with the client and stakeholders providing inventive and relevant project solutions
  • Manages successful communication between the firm and client
  • Develops and manages project scope, schedule, free structure, and budget targets to ensure a successful outcome
  • Oversees project cost and staff and balance utilization and profitability
  • Directs and manages multiple projects
  • Readily assists as needed to aid the team in project completion
  • Builds client relationships and takes responsibility for key client development
  • Oversees site visits and assessments
  • Develops design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications
  • Collaborates with engineering and other consultants
  • Presents designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval

Your Qualifications

  • 10-15 years in Architectural Project Management for medium to large projects in the public education or community-based sector
  • Skilled at creating and managing project schedules, project budget targets, Project Billing, and employee utilization schedules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, and Bluebeam
  • Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication skills to allow for seamless collaboration with both the internal project team, and the external team of educators, administrators, school boards, and contractors
