CRH Assistant Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences Full Time 78828BR Job Summary The Center for Reproductive Health (CRH) Assistant is responsible for providing support for the andrology and embryology labs for supply and equipment inventory control and ordering, assisting with shipping and receiving of specimens. The lab has experienced double-digit growth over the past few years with continued growth projections into continue into the future. This position is key to ensuring the lab functions smoothly 364 days a year. This position supports the lab to provide patient schedules for procedure appointments and coordinate male procedure cases. Daily task info completion from the IDEAS EMR is required so that the lab is organized with the daily activities. This individual will assist in identifying workflow challenges and processes and proposing new solutions to improve the support systems of the lab. This position provides some administrative support for filing of patient information and other lab related information. The individual must be flexible and adept at juggling multiple tasks with competing priorities. The individual must be detail oriented, have good people skills and be thorough and able to proactively communicate issues or problems. A high degree of attention to detail and organization are necessary to ensure compliance and safety so the lab can deliver the clinical services in a timely manner. Must be able to work in a team environment and be comfortable with anatomically correct language. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
