Job Overview
Responsible for efficiently managing Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) Sustaining and Line Extension NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives and deliverables, including serving as the primary coordinator for project issues, creating and managing project timelines and deliverables, providing status to Switching and Fusing's management team, coordinating cross-functional teams and adhering to high communication and professional standards. Provide Program Management across Switching and Fusing functional departments to organize and execute the development projects for new products and systems solutions that meet customer and market requirements, while maintaining timeline and budget to reduce overall risk. This position will work collaboratively with teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Customers and other HPS resources. #LI-CH1 A Day In The Life
Lead sustaining and New Product Introductions from start to finish, including: Creates regular status reports summarizing status of projects including financials, risks, mitigations, contingencies and impact to revenue and presents to senior management. What will help you thrive in this role?
