A.I.S., Inc. (AIS) is a national scientific services firm supporting maritime activities requiring certification of compliance with environmental regulations as well as collecting data for use by Federal, State, Municipal, and other government agencies along the US coastline. AIS holds a prime contract as a small business concern under the ProTech Fisheries Domain. ProTech is a contracting vehicle utilized by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to gain access to professional and technical services in support of their mission. Primary Function: AIS is searching for a Task Lead for an upcoming project we are looking to bid on. We are looking for an enthusiastic manager with a background in protected species research and/or management. The Task Lead will manage the task order, ensuring the best service to our customer, NOAA, while providing the best possible support to our scientific and technical employees. This is fundamentally an interdisciplinary position so preference will be given to those with a combination of marine science and business administration experience. Duties/Responsibilities:
Compensation: Candidates will be paid a salary to be negotiated and total compensation will vary depending on candidates' depth of experience. This is a full-time position. AIS benefits package includes health and dental insurance, vacation, sick and holiday benefits. Minimum Qualifications:
