The Associate Retailer Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development, execution and continuous improvement of programs, services and tools that support marketing the Benjamin Moore brand at the local retailer level.

    Lead in the campaign development of print and digital retail assets, supporting marketing campaigns from conception to implementation including auto social program, media activation and production.
  • Support and guide Field Marketing/Sales team by ensuring alignment between brand standards and retailer requests.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, services and tools and provide recommendations to enhance programs based on results.
  • Leverage project management skills to track jobs, meet deadlines and communicate timelines to all appropriate parties.
  • Continuous learning of consumer marketing trends and competitive tracking.
  • Support and assist management with related budget items.


Qualifications

Required Knowledge & Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Overall knowledge of project management, digital marketing, creative process, project coordination, marketing tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Highly motivated, exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities due to business needs or change in prioritization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, Smartsheet a plus.
