You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ The Zone Coordinator is responsible for being the primary remote customer contact regarding the distribution of supplies and equipment pick-up/delivery activities for specific areas within the hospital. The Zone Coordinator is also responsible for establishing and revising par-level standards, ensuring soiled equipment pick-up, and checking for expired emergency equipment and crash carts. Generating monthly/quarterly performance improvement reports, business reviews, monthly statistics, and dashboard metrics is also a duty for the zone coordinator. The Zone Coordinator will report to the Zone Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for bed and equipment movements, unit communication, and vendor management A. Required Licensure, Certification: None. Prefer Customer Service Certification (American Management Association and/or JHH HR/OE). B. Work Experience: Requires a minimum of three years experience in Inventory Management functions and demonstrated customer service. C. Education: HS diploma or GED required. D. Knowledge: -Proficient in medical material functions MDC, CSD, Receiving & Distributions -Requires knowledge of all Customer Service Representatives, Supply Coordinator, and Shift Supervisor's responsibilities. -Knowledge of Inventory Control fundamentals. -An in-depth knowledge of remote zone area responsibilities related to the delivery of supplies and equipment. -Familiarity with the Distribution Center Model and Procurement Functions. -Advanced knowledge of SAP, Pyxis, Point of use, spreadsheet, and Database Systems.
