What You Will Do:




  • Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization



  • Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling



  • Safe forklift/equipment usage



  • Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices



  • Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks



  • Other warehouse duties as assigned




What You Will Bring:




  • Pro-active and self-motivated mindset



  • Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy



  • Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance



  • Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems



  • Good oral & written communication skills



  • Team oriented



  • Safety aware and oriented



  • Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities



  • Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service



  • Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment





Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




  • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)



  • Warehouse environment



  • Ability to operate a forklift



  • Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required



  • Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance





Salary & Compensation:



  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $20hour - $25.38/hour, DOE.
