Overview
Director of Business Operations The Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center is searching for a Director of Business Operations. This individual will be responsible for directing business office and related functions at an organizational level, including supervision and development of all revenue cycle and patient access team members. The revenue cycle segment includes responsibility for protecting the integrity of optimal reimbursement for medical services, all cancer therapies, lab services and imaging. This individual also directs the development of daily patient access business operations and oversees front office functions, including insurance verification, patient financial counseling, scheduling, and medical records. The right candidate will promote teamwork, manage through accountability, and represent our service standard of always "putting the patient in the center of the room". They will also collaborate with their clinical peers with the understanding that there is significant overlap between the business op's and clinical op's segments. The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $120,000-$155,000. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: M/D/V, Life Ins., 401(k) Location: Eugene, OR Responsibilities
