Medical Assistant Temporary Employment Program Temporary Employment 77878BR Job Summary Working under supervision and adhering to Ambulatory Services policies and procedures, the Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in providing patient care within a dynamic multi-specialty group practice. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of personal care and nursing procedures, all aimed at ensuring positive patient outcomes. The Medical Assistant is responsible for executing assigned patient care and laboratory tasks in support of the primary and specialty care services offered by the practice. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment.
