A reasonable estimate for this position is $66,259 -$91,718 Application Window Open date: April 1, 2024 Most recent review date: Wednesday, Sep 18, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Mar 31, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis invites applications for lecturer positions to teach courses in its undergraduate Managerial Economics major during the 2024-2025 academic year. Compensation and the duration of the appointment will depend on the number of courses assigned and the number of units per course. General Information: Courses to be taught: ARE 18 - Business Law Other courses may be added to this list as needed to cover one-time openings. Responsibilities: Service Dates: Salary: Applications may be submitted throughout the 2024-2025 academic year with appointments made as suitable candidates are identified. However, to guarantee consideration, applications should be received before April 14, 2024 for the 2024-2025 academic year. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter with course preferences and quarters available, three letters of recommendation, a curriculum vita, a statement of contributions to diversity, and evidence of teaching proficiency. The criterion for appointment is evidence of teaching excellence and expertise in the subject matter area. Individuals recruited should possess a post-baccalaureate degree in the relevant subject matter area or equivalent advanced coursework and professional expertise at time of appointment.
