The Chief Operating Officer, Ambulatory Division Strategic Development - Joint Ventures Full Time 77571BR Job Summary The Chief Operating Officer, Ambulatory Division provides leadership to achieve operational and performance success for the Ambulatory Division of UCSF Health's Network Business Unit. The COO, Ambulatory Division is responsible for the execution and delivery of results, execution and communication of the network's strategic initiatives, and works in collaboration with network leadership. This leader will build and inspire teams at existing and new ambulatory operations who can successfully deliver on network-established goals related to clinical excellence, financial sustainability, and growth. This successful leader will be a relationship-oriented leader who continually focuses on engagement with patients and families, physicians, and staff. The COO, Ambulatory Division will build strong partnerships and alignment with community groups and leaders, physicians and physician leadership, and key leadership both locally and across the system; and, be expected to step in and assume other leadership roles as the affiliation evolves.
