Overview LifeLong AmeriCorps Health Fellows are committed to serving side-by-side with our health center teams. AmeriCorps Health Fellows will be trained and placed across 14 Community Health Centers and Programs to provide services to patients, clients, and community members over 11 months. The mission of our AmeriCorps Health Fellows program is for AmeriCorps Fellows to increase the number of medically underserved individuals to have access and utilize preventive and primary care services while getting the skills they need to pursue a health care profession.
