Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire

Position: Maintenance Technician (Overnight Shift)

Location: Northborough, MA

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday to Tuesday, and Every Other Wednesday (with potential overtime based on business needs)

Responsibilities:

• Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant equipment.
• Validate processing equipment within a sterilization environment.
• Participate in the installation of new equipment and maintain the electrical system.
• Conduct scheduled safety and maintenance inspections.
• Manage a spare part program.
• Respond to off-shift maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule.

• 6 months of training on day shift.
• Review work instructions, vital policies, and procedures.
• Engage in on-the-job training under the guidance of your Hiring Manager.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet job requirements.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a drug screen, additional screening requirements may apply.
• 1-3 years of related experience in mechanical maintenance, HVAC systems, or electrician work.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols.
• Desire to learn, be productive, and contribute to the team.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Willingness to complete company Operator training and pass annual recertification tests.
