10,000 Sign on bonus for External candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience as an RN. Our medical center's Adult Emergency Department has 52 beds, which includes 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds. Nurse/Patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1. If you are looking to work in a community hospital ED, that utilizes Team Nursing, with a very stable nursing leadership team, and if you like working in a fast-paced environment, then we might be the right place for you.
