Government of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Oracle Functional Financial Analyst $89,965.00 - $133,559.00 The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of an Oracle Functional Financial Analyst. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS), District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Support Center. The incumbent is responsible for supporting business owners and users of the District's Integrated Financial System (DIFS) financial modules and reporting tools. The incumbent also works cross-functionally in an Oracle Cloud and Oracle Reporting environment. Duties include but are not limited to:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Four (4) years of progressive work experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as: identifying business requirements to ensure alignment with the implementation of system initiatives; analyzing the functionality of Oracle and ERP processes and procedures; supporting system design; and providing customer service and issue resolution to system users. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Project Management Cloud or Oracle EBS required. Knowledge of public sector accounting and municipal financial operations preferred.
