About the Position

Dexis anticipates the release of a variety of upcoming proposal opportunities in peace, conflict, and stabilization. In preparation for anticipated business development, Dexis has identified the need to increase its resources for market research, capture (including travel), technical writing, and technical leadership of proposals. Dexis seeks the services of a consultant, group of consultants, or firm to support these needs. The exact scope will be determined for each proposal.

Dexis anticipates engaging successful applicants under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a value no less than $50,000. Dexis reserves the right to award as many or as few BPA contracts as it determines is necessary. BPA holders are not guaranteed to be engaged via subsequent task orders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with USAID, OTI, DOS, DRL clients and funding priorities.
  • Expertise in conflict mitigation/management,peacebuilding, stabilization, strategic communications, or otherrelevant technicalsector.
  • Ability to gain rapid familiarity with the operating environment for various potential bids.
  • Demonstrated experience working on new business development, utilizing diverse, proactive strategies to identify win themes, competitivelypositionan organization for new funding anddevelopproductive institutional relationships.
