What You Will Do: National Louis University has been experiencing substantial growth in our enrollment and our team is expanding as we seek out more growth opportunities. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting students in identifying education and career goals, guiding them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry through the first term as a new student, and inspiring them to remain focused on their objectives. To provide this service effectively while focusing on achieving enrollment objectives, the enrollment specialist need to have an in depth understanding of all academic program in their portfolio and to be able to articulate the benefits to the students. Enrollment Specialists can be placed in any of our six colleges with verticals in education, psychology and counseling, business, culinary arts, healthcare, and more. We have various opportunities to work with students at all levels, including high school, community college transfers, adult degree completers, graduate level, and doctorate students. Essential Responsibilities
Representing the university with professionalism and integrity, manage a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle from initial inquiry through a successful first term experience. Effectively responding to any potential students' concerns, issues or inquiries and successfully qualifying students for various academic programs.
