• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing communication services for the hospital.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Operate an intelligent, multi-line phone console system
• Process in-coming, out-going, and inter-facility calls
• Appropriately utilize the over-head paging system in response to codes and alarms
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to each caller

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
