Armed Security Officer

• $20.00 - $22.00 - Armed Patrol Officers are generally offered this pay based on experience and qualifications
• Earn up to $23.00 per hour with the extra $1.00 per hour night and weekend shift and beat differentials
• Overtime is always available
• Double time pay for Holiday work hours
• Annual merit increase eligibility - market rate increases may also occur
• Earn unlimited additional income from employee referrals is up to $1000.00 per hire of Armed Security Officers
• Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off during the week for Armed Security Patrol
• Must be able to work weekend hours
• Swing and graveyard shifts are available
• Armed Security Officers go directly from home over to our patrol vehicles in the assigned beat

The full salary range is $20 to $23 per hour with the shift differential.

• West Los Angeles
• Brentwood
• Hollywood Area
• Pacific Palisades
• San Fernando Valley

Required Qualifications for Armed Security Officer:

• Firearm Permit - note: candidates waiting for firearm permit may be considered once firearms licensing eligibility is possible through WIOA program with appropriate entities and or, have applied through BSIS and is in the "PENDING STATUS" with proof of passing PSI Evaluation
• CA Driver's License
• CA Guard Card
• Baton certificate or pepper spray permit preferred but we will assist in obtaining this if candidates don't currently have this
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• Candidates with experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, Sentry, Security Patrol Officers, or Patrol Officers are encouraged to apply
• Ex Veterans and former military officers, encouraged to apply
