Consultant: Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) Expert Project Overview and Role: Global Fund in partnership with Palladium International rolled out the Supply Chain and Health Services Spot Checks across 20 countries with the aim to provide: improved visibility of supply chain performance, commodity and service availability, and service disruptions and strengthened assurance through expanded number of on-site spot checks. The countries are located around the world, including Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Palladium is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) expert to manage the data analysis aspect of the project, as well as create and review country reports that synthesize key findings.
