Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. This role requires training in person in our St. Cloud office for a minimum of 6 weeks. Responsibilities: -Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology -Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant -Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments. -Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls. -Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent experience -Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred -Strong computer/data entry skills; Detail oriented -Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled -Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing -Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends) -Ability to work in St. Cloud for initial training and orientation period (estimated to be 6 weeks) and, as needed, in the future. -Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations. -High-speed Internet (to connect to Renewal's call center technology when remote) Our vision is to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen. Full-time opportunities and Andersen Direct Temporary opportunities available! Pay: From $15.00 per hour (64% base pay / 36% incentive) On average, our Agents make $20/hr with base pay + commission.
