WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE As we continue to grow, we are looking for Sales Consultants to visit our customers in their homes and consult with them to help identify the product that will best fit the needs of their home. Using our product training and sales methodology, you will create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services. We offer strong support and technology to assist you in closing the sale. Appointments are 100% generated for you! There is no cold calling, you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments. We have an incredible marketing engine that works to bring in the appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants through traditional and non-traditional forms of marketing. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably B2C or in-home experience The ability to persuasively and consistently ask for business Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet customers as their schedules allow No overnights required and travel is generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance from Portland A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of residential building & construction Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently Technology savvy College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU | BENEFITS Commission based compensation after training and a realistic earning potential of $125,000 - $250,000 annually Our compensation plans rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses.
