Experience Requirements Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards. Interview required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift. Frequent twisting, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment. Job Duties Inspect thin wood veneer sheets as they exit cutting and drying machines. Count, sort, and stack veneer sheets according to production requirements. Monitor product quality and identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain production flow and accuracy throughout the shift.
