Now hiring for a Quality Associate Location: Lexington, KY Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Education Requirements No specific education requirements. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, production, quality inspection, or packaging experience preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift. Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire workday. Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as needed. Job Duties Perform quality inspections of alcohol products to ensure accuracy and product standards. Repack products as needed according to customer and company requirements. Identify and report damaged or incorrect items. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
