Now Hiring a Warehouse Kitting Associate Location: Orlando, FL Pay Rate: $21.50-$23.50 per hour Put your warehouse and inventory experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. We're hiring a Kitting Specialist / Warehouse Associate to prepare production kits, maintain accurate inventory, and process material transactions using an ERP system. Job Duties Pick and stage components using work orders, bills of material (BOMs), and production schedules Assemble accurate material kits for manufacturing operations Process ERP inventory transactions, including issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers Receive, store, organize, and track warehouse materials Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy Identify shortages, damaged materials, and inventory discrepancies Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams Follow FIFO, OSHA, safety, and inventory control procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of warehouse, kitting, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar systems Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation Experience with barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now Ready to bring your inventory and kitting experience to a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
